28例糖尿病足X线及CT的影像表现对比及分析

Comparison and Analysis of X Ray and CT Imaging Manifestations of Diabetic Foot in 28 Cases

目的探究糖尿病足患者接受X线以及CT影像学检查的价值。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月收治的糖尿病足患者28例,其均接受X线检查以及CT检查,对其检查的结果进行分析。结果 CT对糖尿病足的检出率(96.43%)明显高于X线的检出率(75.00%)(P<0.05);糖尿病足患者经CT检查的软组织病变检出率、骨质疏松检出率、血管病变检出率均明显高于X线的检出率(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者接受X线与CT检查均可取得较高的价值,其中CT与X线相比,能够更加清晰对患者的下肢远端小血管病变情况进行显示,临床可根据患者X线和CT检查的结果来分析其疾病的发展情况,从而制定针对性的治疗干预措施。

Objective To study the value of X ray and CT imaging examination of patients with diabetic foot.Methods 28 cases of diabetic foot patients from January 2015 to January 2017 were for X ray examination and CT examination,and the examination results were analyzed.Results The test rate of CT in diabetic foot was obviously higher than that of X ray,(96.43%vs 75.00%)(P<0.05),and the test rates of soft tissues lesions,osteoporosis and vasculopathy were obviously higher than those of X ray(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of X ray and CT examination in diabetic foot patients is high,which can more clearly show the diabetic lower extremity vascular lesion,and the development of diseases can be analyzed according to the X ray and CT examination results of patients thus making the targeted treatment and intervention measures.
