浅析妊娠期糖尿病的常见中医证型分布情况

Analysis of Distribution Situation of Common TCM Syndrome Types of Gestational Diabetes

目的通过对妊娠期糖尿病患者的中医证候进行调查,分析其证候和中医证型的分布规律。方法选取2013年3月—2016年12月收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇420例作为研究对象,根据《中医常见证诊断标准》及其症状特点制定调查表,总结并分析中医证型的分布规律。结果 (1)前10个证候为失眠、健忘、尿频、头晕、腰酸、自汗、水肿、舌淡有齿痕、倦怠无力、脉细数、大便干结,苔薄白等。病性主要为以阴虚、气虚、阳虚和湿为主,病位主要在心、脾、肝、肾。(2)常见中医证型为心阴虚证、气阴两虚证、脾肾阳虚证、脾虚湿困证、肾阴虚证、未定证型类。结论妊娠期糖尿病中医病位主要在心、脾、肝、肾,病性以阴虚、气虚、阳虚和湿为主,中医证型主要以心阴虚证和气阴两虚证为主。

Objective To investigate the TCM syndrome types of gestational diabetes and analyze the distribution law of syndrome and TCM syndrome types.Methods 420 cases of delivery women with gestational diabetes from March 2013 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects,the questionnaires were made according to the Diagnostic standard of common TCM Syndrome and features of symptoms,and the distribution law of TCM syndrome types was summarized.Results The top ten syndromes were insomnia,forgetfulness,dizziness,frequent urination,backache,sweating,edema,pale tongue with teeth marks,tiredness and weakness,thin pulse breakdown,dry stool,white and thin fur,and the nature of diseases was dominated by yin deficiency,qi deficiency,yang deficiency and dampness,and the locations of diseases were in the heart,spleen,liver,kidney,and the common TCM syndrome types were the syndrome of deficiency of heart yin type,syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin,syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen,syndrome of dampness stagnancy du,syndrome of deficiency of kidney yin and undefined syndrome.Conclusion The TCM locations of gestational diabetes are mainly in heart,spleen,liver,kidney,and the nature of diseases is dominated by yin deficiency,qi deficiency,yang deficiency and dampness,and the TCM syndrome types are mainly in syndrome of deficiency of heart yin type and in syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin type.
