多囊卵巢综合征合并妊娠期糖尿病的风险性分析与针对性干预研究

Analysis of Risk and Research on Targeted Intervention of Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Combined with Gestational Diabetes

目的研究伴有多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)孕妇合并妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的风险性及针对性干预效果。方法该院2015年5月—2017年7月共撷取伴有多囊卵巢综合征孕妇78例。按照伴有多囊卵巢综合征孕妇门诊就诊尾号奇偶数,分奇数为观察组、偶数为对照组,每组各39例。观察组实施针对性护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组和对照组的妊娠期糖尿病发生率数据对比为:20.51%、43.59%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为94.87%,对照组的护理满意度为76.92%,前者明显优于后者(P<0.05)。结论伴有多囊卵巢综合征孕妇,接受针对性护理干预,能降低妊娠期糖尿病的风险性,提高其护理满意度,具有重要的临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To research the risk and research on targeted intervention of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome combined with gestational diabetes.Methods 78 cases of pregnant women with polycystic ovary syndrome diagnosed in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each,the observation group used the targeted nursing,while the control group used the routine nursing,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of gestational diabetes in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 20.51%,43.59%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group(94.87%vs 76.92%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention in delivery women with polycystic ovary syndrome can reduce the risk of gestational diabetes and improve the nursing satisfactory degree,and it is of important clinical application and promotion value.
