桂枝芍药知母汤改善糖尿病周围神经病变感觉异常效果分析

Analysis of Abnormal Effect of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Tang in Improving the Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Sensation

目的观察桂枝芍药知母汤改善糖尿病周围神经病变感觉异常的临床效果,并分析、总结临床经验。方法选取2016年2月—2017年8月就诊于该院内分泌科及中医科门诊的2型糖尿病伴有周围神经病变的患者60例,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,对照组给予弥可保(甲钴胺片)治疗,1片/次(0.5 mg),3次/d,治疗组在给予弥可保治疗的基础上给予桂枝芍药知母汤治疗,并根据具体症状的不同调整方药和剂量,1剂/d,疗程为4周,观察治疗后主要症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%;对照组总有效率73.4%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝芍药知母汤能明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变感觉异常,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical abnormal effect of guizhi shaoyao zhimu tang in improving the diabetic peripheral neuropathy sensation and analyze and summarize the clinical experience.Methods 60 cases of outpatients with type 2 diabetes with diabetic peripheral neuropathy sensation admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2012 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the control group were treated with mikebao(mecobalamin tablets),1 tablet once(0.5 mg),three times per day,and the treatment group were treated with guizhi shaoyao zhimu tang on the basis of the control group,and the decoction and doses were adjusted according to specific symptoms,1 dose per day,and the treatment course was four weeks,and the improvement of major symptoms were observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and in the control group was respectively 93.3%and 73.4%,and the difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The guizhi shaoyao zhimu tang can obviously improve the abnormality of diabetic peripheral neuropathy sensation,which is worth clinical promotion.
