针灸治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痺方法及疗效观察

Observation on Method and Curative Effect of Acupuncture in Treatment of Diabetic Oculomotor Nerve Paralysis

目的分析针灸治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痺方法及疗效。方法 2016年4—9月间选取26例伴随有动眼神经麻痹症的糖尿病患者随机分对照组13例和试验组13例;对照组基础药物治疗;试验组:联合针灸治疗。治疗4个疗程后对比疗效。结果试验组睑裂距大于对照组,斜视角度小于对照组。试验组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论利用针灸的方法治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹可以更有效地改善患者的症状,提高患者生活质量,从而达到更好地治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the method and curative effect of acupuncture in treatment of diabetic oculomotor nerve paralysis.Methods From April to September 2016 26 cases of patients with diabetic oculomotor nerve paralysis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 13 cases in each,the control group used the basic drugs for treatment,while the test group used the acupuncture on the basis of the control group,and the curative effect after four treatment courses was compared.Results The schizoblepharia distance in the test group was bigger than that in the control group,and the angle of strabismus was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate in the test group was obviously better than that in the control group,and the difference was statically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The acupuncture in treatment of diabetic oculomotor nerve paralysis can effectively improve the symptoms and improve the quality of life thus reaching a better treatment effect.
