社区护理干预对提高糖尿病治疗依从性临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Community Nursing Intervention in Improving the Treatment Compliance of Diabetes

目的研究观察社区护理干预对提高糖尿病治疗依从性的影响。方法按相应研究标准选取120例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以护理方式为依据,将患者分成对照组(60例)与观察组(60例)。其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施社区护理干预,以治疗依从性作为观察指标。结果观察组患者依从率为96.7%,明显高于对照组患者依从率71.7%;另外,观察组患者血糖指标HbA1c、FBG、2 hPBG均明显优于对照组患者。结论社区护理干预对提高糖尿病患者治疗依从性效果显著,同时能够有效控制患者血糖,值得临床推广。

Objective To research the effect of community nursing intervention on the improvement of the treatment compliance of diabetes.Methods 120 cases of diabetes patients were selected as the research objects according to the corresponding standards and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each according to different nursing ways,the control group used the routine nursing,while the observation group used the community nursing intervention,and the treatment compliance was used as the observation indicator.Results The compliance rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(96.7%vs 71.7%),besides,the blood glucose indicators such as HbA1c,FBG,2 hPBG in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group.Conclusion The community nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of diabetes patients,and effectively control the blood glucose,which is worth clinical promotion.
