老年糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死的ICU救治

Elderly Diabetes Mellitus Combined with Acute Myocardial Infarction in ICU

目的探讨老年糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死的ICU救治方法及效果。方法选取该院于2016年8月—2017年4月所收治的124例老年糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,入院后即对所有患者行相应检查,并给予对照组患者以常规救治,观察组患者依检查结果及患者实际情况给予其ICU救治,观察并比较两组患者并发症的发生情况及死亡情况。结果观察组并发症的发生率及死亡率分别为16.13%、1.61%,较对照组的40.32%、14.52%均明显更低,组间比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者,在其入院后即给予ICU救治可取得良好治疗效果,有效降低患者死亡率,改善患者预后,值得在临床当中推广应用。

Objective This paper tries to explore the treatment method and effect of ICU in elderly diabetes mellitus combined with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 124 cases treated by elderly diabetic patients with acute myocardial infarction from August 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,namely in all patients after admission line inspection accordingly,and the control group patients treated with conventional,observation group of patients in accordance with the test results and actual condition to give the patients with ICU treatment,observe and compare the two groups of patients with complications and deaths.Results The incidence and mortality of complications in the observation group were 16.13%and 1.61%respectively,compared with 40.32%and 14.52%in the control group,and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and acute myocardial infarction,ICU treatment given after admission to the hospital can achieve a good therapeutic effect,effectively reduce the mortality of patients and improve the prognosis of patients,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
