内科综合减重方案治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Internal Medicine Comprehensive Weight Loss Program in Treating Obese Type 2 Diabetic Patients

目的探讨内科药物治疗联合减重方案治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病效果。方法选取2016年7月—2017年7月收治的肥胖型2型糖尿病患者80例,分为对照组和观察组,两组均采用药物治疗,观察组联合减重方案,对比两种治疗方案的效果,对比两组患者治疗前后各项生理指标的变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组治疗后指标均较治疗前有所改善,但是观察组的改善幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内科治疗联合减重方案效果更为理想,治疗总有效率明显提高,患者的各项指标均改善趋于稳定。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of medical treatment combined with weight loss on obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from July 2016 to July 2017 were divided into control group and observation group.The two groups were treated with drugs,the observation group combined with weight loss program,compared the effects of the two treatment regimens,compared the two groups of patients before and after treatment and the changes in physiological indicators.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Both indexes in the two groups were improved after treatment,but the improvement in the observation group was larger.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of medical therapy and weight loss regimen is more effective and the total effective rate of treatment is significantly improved.All the indexes of the patients were improved and stabilized.
