糖尿病患者腹部外科手术的围术期护理干预效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Perioperative Nursing Intervention on Abdominal Surgery in Diabetic Patients

目的观察糖尿病患者腹部外科手术的围手术期护理干预效果。方法选取该院2016年10月—2017年9月期间收治的78例行腹部外科手术治疗的糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照围手术期护理干预方法,平均分为两组,参考组(围术期实施常规护理干预)和实验组(围术期实施综合护理干预)。结果通过护理干预,实验组患者术中血糖值、术后血糖值明显低于参考组(P<0.05),同时实验组患者创口愈合时间、住院时间明显短于参考组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者行腹部外科手术期间采取围术期综合护理干预,不仅促使患者血糖指标保持稳定,缩短创口愈合时间、患者住院时间,还降低了并发症的发生概率,促使患者更快更好的恢复健康,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective This paper tries to observe the nursing intervention effect of perioperative period of abdominal surgery in diabetic patients.Methods 78 cases admitted in this hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 with routine abdominal surgery treatment of diabetic patients were selected as the research object,according to the perioperative nursing intervention method,they were evenly divided into two groups,control group(perioperative implement routine nursing intervention)and experimental group(perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention).Results Through nursing intervention,the experimental group intraoperatie blood glucose,blood glucose levels after operation in patients with significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),at the same time,the experimental group patients with wound healing time,the length of time was shorter than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention during the abdominal surgery in diabetic patients not only prompts patients to maintain stable blood glucose level,shorten the wound healing time,patient hospital stay,but also reduce the probability of complications,prompting patients to recover faster and healthier,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
