妊娠期糖尿病对孕产妇和新生儿结局的影响分析

Influence of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus on Maternal and Neonatal Outcomes

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病对孕产妇和新生儿结局的影响。方法选取2016年6月—2017年10月该院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者120例为糖尿病组,再选取同期该院收治的健康产妇116名为健康组。对两组产妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察两组产妇的妊娠期的并发生、分娩结局及新生儿的结局。结果糖尿病组产妇妊娠期并发症的发生率、剖宫产率及新生儿不良结局的发生率均显著高于健康组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病会对母婴的健康和生命造成严重的威胁,临床上需给予孕妇综合干预措施。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of gestational diabetes on the outcomes of pregnant women and newborns.Methods 120 cases from June 2016 to October 2017 of gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to this hospital were selected for the diabetic group,and then in the same period in this hospital of 116 healthy mothers were selected as healthy group.The clinical data of two groups of maternal women were retrospectively analyzed.The incidence of pregnancy and childbirth and the outcome of newborns in the two groups were observed.Results The incidence of complications during pregnancy,cesarean section rate and adverse neonatal outcome in diabetic group were significantly higher than those in healthy group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gestational diabetes can pose a serious threat to the health and lives of mothers and babies.Comprehensive interventions for pregnant women are required.
