中药穴位贴敷配合熏洗治疗0级糖尿病足疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Efficacy of Acupoint Application Combined with Fumigation in Treating 0 Diabetic Foot

目的探讨中药穴位贴敷配合熏洗治疗0级糖尿病足足疗效观察。方法随机选取2016年10月—2017年10月在该院接受治疗的0级糖尿病足患者100例,纳入该次实验的100例患者,实施传统的基础治疗的患者设为对照组,而实施中药穴位贴敷配合熏洗治疗组则为观察组,在实验研究结束后,分别观察两组患者在采取不同的治疗模式后的ABI指数与治疗有效率。结果观察组0级糖尿病足患者的ABI指数(1.03±0.33)、治疗总有效率(100%)明显优于常规治疗对照组0级糖尿病足患者的ABI指数(1.5±0.52)、治疗总有效率(92%),两组患者的实验数据经过统计学软件分析后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中药穴位贴敷配合熏洗治疗运用于该院接受治疗的0级糖尿病足患者,患者的踝肱指数能有效的控制在正常水平,能有效的改善患者的足部功能,促进患者疾病的好转,提升患者的治疗有效率,值得在临床上推广。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the curative effect of acupoint sticking combined with fumigation on 0 level of diabetic foot.Methods A total of 100 patients with grade 0 diabetic foot treated in this hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected randomly.100 patients included in this study were enrolled as control group,while patients receiving traditional basic therapy sticking with fumigation treatment as the observation group,after the end of the experimental study were observed in two groups of patients after taking different modes of treatment ABI index and treatment efficiency.Results The ABI index(1.03±0.33)and the treatment effective rate(100%)in the observation group of patients with level 0 diabetic foot were significantly better than those of the level 0 diabetic foot patients(1.5±0.52)in the conventional treatment group.The effective rate was 92%,the experimental data of two groups of patients after the software analysis the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points fumigation treatment applied to this hospital treated 0 foot diabetic patients,the patient’s ankle-brachial index can be effectively controlled at normal levels,can effectively improve the patient’s foot function and improve the patient’s disease,to improve the patient’s treatment efficiency,so it is worth to promote in the clinic.
