石蜡/海绵复合相变材料用于接触式取暖的性能评价

石蜡类复合相变材料在加热保温领域具有广泛的应用。本研究以石蜡为相变材料、片状聚氨酯多孔海绵为载体,采用浸渍法制备石蜡/海绵复合相变材料,将其用耐高温不透水材料包覆封装后用于接触式取暖装置热水袋的传热过程实验,以评价其传热性能。实验结果表明,该复合相变材料形状稳定,用于接触式取暖装置的传热过程,具有显著的温度调控和节能储能效果。

Paraffin composite phase change material is widely used in heating and insulation field.With paraffin as phase change materials and porous polyurethane sponge as the carrier,the paraffin/sponge composite phase change material(PCM)was prepared using impregnation method.Packaged with impervious and high-temperature resistant material,it is used for the heat transfer experiment of contact heating system of hot water bag.And the result shows that it has significant effect of temperature controlling and energy storage with the stable shape.
