BIM在工程项目中的造价控制与效益浅析

摘要 传统的造价管理效率低下,准确度不高,这已经满足不了行业的需要。本文阐述了BIM技术在项目的全生命周期对项目的造价控制和管理,并在此基础上分析了BIM技术给项目带来的经济效益。以期充分发挥BIM的优势,推动其在建筑行业的创新发展。 The traditional cost management efficiency is low and the accuracy is not high,which can not meet the needs of the industry.This paper describes that the BIM technology is utilized for cost control and management of the project during the project life cycle,and then analyzes the BIM’s economic benefits to the project.Hope to exploit BIM’s advantages to the full and promote its innovation development in the construction industry.
