民用飞机的持续改进方法研究

从当前国内民用飞机制造业所面临的全球竞争入手,提出持续改进对民用飞机制造业的适用性和有效性。通过对民用飞机制造业现存飞机问题处理方法局限性的分析,制定了一套系统的、有效的、标准化的实施持续改进项目的方法和流程。

From the aspect of global competition that the domestic civil aircraft manufacturing industry has to confronted,the applicability and effectiveness of the continuous improvement for civil aircraft manufacturing industry is proposed.Through the analysis for the limitation of the problem solving method that the civil aircraft manufacturing industry is utilized at present,a set of systematic,effective and standardized method and procedure for conducting the continuous improvement are established.
