规范三级康复治疗促进脑卒中偏瘫患者综合功能康复的临床研究

Clinical Research on Standardized Three Stages′ Rehabilitation Treatment in Promoting the Comprehensive Functional Rehabilitation of Patients with Stroke Hemiplegia

目的探讨与研究三级康复治疗是否能促进脑卒中偏患者综合功能康复的临床效果。方法采取2013年6月—2015年7月收治的100例脑卒中偏瘫痪者,将其随机均分成两组,对照组与观察组,每组50例,并给予两组同样的神经内科常规治疗,但对照组患者不采用三级康复治疗,观察组患者则是接受严格的三级康复治疗。从进行治疗开始时至后面3个月、6个月时,以FCA量表对两组患者评价综合功能及临床治疗效果。结果实验组与对照组入院时FCA评分为(79.03±20.29)分和(78.82±21.36)分,差异无统计学意义(t=1.926,P>0.05),经3、6个月治疗后,实验组评分分别为(90.46±22.08)分和(95.44±19.17)分,要明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.234、18.127,P<0.05)。结论三级康复治疗能有效促进脑卒中偏患者的综合功能效果,值得在临床上广泛使用。

Objective To study and research the clinical effect of standardized three stages′rehabilitation treatment in promoting the comprehensive functional rehabilitation of patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods 100 cases of patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2013 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each,both groups used the routine therapy in the department of neurology,the control group did not used the three stages’rehabilitation,while the observation group used the strict three stages’rehabilitation,and the general function and clinical treatment effect of the two groups were evaluated by the FCA scale from the starting of treatment to the three months and six months after treatment.Results The FCA scores in the experimental group and in the control group at admission were respectively(79.03±20.29)points and(78.82±21.36)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=1.926,P>0.05),after three months’and six months’treatment,the scores in the experimental group were respectively(90.46±22.08)points and(95.44±19.17)points,which were obviously better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=16.234,18.127,P<0.05).Conclusion The three stages’rehabilitation treatment can effectively promote the general function effect of patients with stroke hemiplegia,which is worth wide application in clinic.
