真空辅助旋切术与经乳晕旁切口手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的疗效比较评价

Evaluation on Comparison of Curative Effect of Vacuum-assisted Biopsy Surgery and Periareolar Incision Operation in Treatment of Benign Breast Tumors

目的对比真空辅助旋切术与经乳晕旁切口手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床疗效,并分析患者对手术方式的满意程度。方法选取该院2016年5月—2017年7月期间所收治的88例乳腺良性肿块患者作为该次研究病例,按照治疗方式的不同将其分为研究组和对照组,每组44例,对照组患者应用乳晕旁切口手术治疗,研究组患者在超声引导下真空辅助旋切术治疗,对比分析两组患者的手术时间、手术中出血量以及畸形率、手术后血肿形成率、满意度评价情况。结果两组患者均顺利的完成手术,未出现严重的并发症,研究组手术时间(20.1±4.3)min明显短于对照组(45.4±11.2)min,对照组手术费用(5 250±340)元少于研究组(3 170±980)元(t=13.988 5、13.300 9,P<0.05),两组在手术出血量方面差异无统计学意义(t=0.359 7,P>0.05),研究组畸形率与手术后血肿形成率明显少于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.724 2、5.436 3,P<0.05),研究组满意度与手术后残留情况方面差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.011 5、0.715 4,P>0.05)。结论单侧乳腺良性肿块采取真空辅助旋切术治疗的效果显著,具有畸形率低、手术时间短的特点,乳晕旁切口手术的费用较低,手术器械常见,较适合基层医院使用。

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of vacuum-assisted biopsy surgery and periareolar incision operation in treatment of benign breast tumors and analyze the satisfactory degree of patients to the operation method.Methods 88 cases of patients with benign breast tumors admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment ways,with 44 cases in each,the control group used the periareolar incision operation for treatment,while the research group used the ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted biopsy surgery for treatment,and the operation time,intraoperative bleeding amount,malformation rate,hematoma formation rate after surgery and evaluation of satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups.Results Both groups finished the operation successfully,without severe complications and the operation time in the research group was obviously shorter than that in the control group,[(20.1±4.3)min vs(45.4±11.2)min],and the operation cost in the control group was lower than that in the research group,[(5 250±340)yuan vs(3 170±980)yuan],(t=13.988 5,13.300 9,P<0.05),and the difference in the intraoperative bleeding amount between the two groups was not statistically significant(t=0.359 7,P>0.05),and the malformation rate,hematoma formation rate after surgery in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=9.724 2,5.436 3,P<0.05),and the differences in the satisfactory degree and residual situation after surgery in the research group was not statistically significant(χ2=1.011 5,0.715 4,P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of vacuum-assisted biopsy surgery in treatment of single benign breast tumor is obvious,with the features of low malformation rate and short operation time,and the cost of periareolar incision operation is lower,and the operation instrument is common,which is suitable for the primary hospitals.
