产前检查对妊娠高血压综合征结局的影响分析

Analysis of Effect of Prenatal Examination on the Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Outcome

目的分析妊娠高血压综合征实施产前检查的必要性,并对其结局的影响进行探究。方法选择该院自2015年3月—2017年3月期间收治的妊娠高血压综合征患者80例,依据患者入院单双号合理划分。实施产前检查的40例患者为研究组,未实施产前检查的40例患者为参照组,最后对两组患者的妊娠结局进行统计和比对。结果比对两组患者的并发症发生率,研究组(10.0%)较参照组(42.5%)更低,组间数据结果经证实后差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.912 0,P<0.05)。另外,研究组围产儿不良事件发生率(5.0%)较参照组(25.0%)更低,组间数据结果经证实后差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.274 5,P<0.05)。结论妊娠高血压综合征患者实施产前检查可以使不良结局发生率显著降低,从而确保母婴的健康,临床应用价值存在。

Objective To analyze the necessity of prenatal examination on the pregnancy-induced hypertension outcome and study on the effect of outcome.Methods 80 cases of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each,the research group used the prenatal examination,while the control group did not use the prenatal examination,finally,the gestational outcome was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group,(10.0%vs 42.5%),and the difference was obvious,with statistical significance(χ2=10.912 0,P<0.05),besides,the incidence rate of adverse events in the research group was lower than that in the control group(5.0%vs 25.0%),and the difference was obvious with statistical significance(χ2=6.274 5,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of prenatal examination in the pregnancy-induced hypertension patients can obviously decrease the incidence rate of adverse outcomes thus ensuring the health of mothers and infants,and it is of clinical application value.
