吡拉西坦注射液联合天麻素注射液治疗眩晕综合征的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Piracetam Injection Combined with Gastrodine Injection in Treatment of Vertigo Syndrome

目的分析吡拉西坦注射液联合天麻素注射液治疗眩晕综合征的临床疗效。方法将盐城市大丰中医院2015年2月—2017年5月收治的74例眩晕综合征患者随机分为两组各37例,对照组以天麻素注射液治疗,观察组以天麻素注射液联合吡拉西坦治疗,比较两组治疗效果、各项症状改善时间、住院时间及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率91.89%明显高于对照组的72.97%(χ~2=4.573,P=0.032),且观察组植物神经症状消失时间、眩晕消失时间、耳蜗综合征消失时间明显少于对照组,住院时间(5.05±1.23)d均明显短于对照组的(6.25±1.74)d(t=3.426,P=0.001)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率10.81%、8.11%组间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.158,P=0.691)。结论吡拉西坦注射液联合天麻素注射液治疗眩晕综合征效果明确,可促使各项症状尽快缓解,有效缩短患者住院时间,且药物不良反应较少。

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of piracetam injection combined with gastrodine injection in treatment of vertigo syndrome.Methods 74 cases of patients with vertigo syndrome admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each,the control group were treated with gastrodine injection,while the observation group were treated with piracetam injection combined with gastrodine injection,and the treatment effect,improvement time of various symptoms,length of stay and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(91.89%vs 72.97%)(χ2=4.573,P=0.032),and the nerve symptoms disappearance time,vertigo syndrome,and cochlear syndrome disappearance time in the observation group were obviously lower than that in the control group,and the length of stay was obviously shorter than that in the control group[(5.05±1.23)d vs(6.25±1.74)d](t=3.426,P=0.001),and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group was not obvious(10.81%vs 8.11%)(χ2=0.158,P=0.691).Conclusion The effect of piracetam injection combined with gastrodine injection in treatment of vertigo syndrome is definite,which can promote the early relief of various symptoms,and effectively shorten the length of stay,with few adverse reactions of drugs.
