小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合盐酸氨溴索糖浆辅助治疗支气管肺炎的效果

The effect of adjuvant therapy of Xiaoer Kechuanling Granules combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Syrup in the treatment of children with alveobronchiolitis

目的探讨小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合盐酸氨溴索糖浆辅助治疗支气管肺炎的效果。方法分析2015年1月~2017年1月中山市小榄人民医院收治的120例支气管肺炎患儿的临床资料,依据治疗方法不同进行分组,对照组60例患儿单独应用氨溴索糖浆治疗,观察组60例患儿采用小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合盐酸氨溴索糖浆治疗。两组连续治疗5 d为1个疗程。观察两组患儿临床症状改善时间情况、治疗前后临床症状评分情况、临床疗效情况。结果观察组患儿热退时间、咳嗽停止时间、喘息停止时间、啰音消失时间均短于对照组,临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗前咳嗽、咳痰、气喘评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患儿咳嗽、咳痰、气喘评分均低于治疗前,观察组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、气喘评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合盐酸氨溴索糖浆辅助治疗支气管肺炎患儿,临床症状改善明显,症状消失时间缩短,疗效良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach effect of adjuvant therapy of Xiaoer Kechuanling Granules combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Syrup in the treatment of children with alveobronchiolitis.Methods Clinical data of 120 children with alveobronchiolitis in Xiaolan People Hospital in Zhongshan City from January 2015 to January 2017 were analyzed,which was to be divided into two groups by different treatment method,60 children in the control group were treated only with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Syrup,and 60 children in the observation group were treated with Xiaoer Kechuanling Granules combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Syrup.Five days continuous treatment of two group were a treatment course.The clinical symptoms improved time,clinical symptom score before treatment and after treatment,clinical effect of two groups were detected.Results The heat retreat time,coughing stop time,breathing stop time,rale disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than control group,the clinical treatment total effectiveness were higher than control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The cough,expectoration,asthma score of two groups before treatment were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The cough,expectoration,asthma score of the two groups after treatment had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The cough,expectoration,asthma score of control group and observation group after treatment were lower than before treatment,the cough,expectoration,asthma score of observation group after treatment were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant therapy clinical symptoms of children with alveobronchiolitis can be improve obviously by the treatment of Xiaoer Kechuanling Granules combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Syrup,symptoms disappearance time is short,curative effect is good,it is worthy of clinical application.
