摘要
铝酸盐水泥以其快硬早强、耐高温和能在低温下硬化等优良特性,在冶金、建材、石油和电力等行业得到广泛应用,然而铝酸盐水泥在服役过程中存在的相转变问题却一直制约其在建筑工程中的进一步发展。从铝酸盐水泥水化产物相转变的本因着手,分别从调整铝酸盐水泥矿相晶型、外掺辅助胶凝材料和功能性调节组分等方面阐述了抑制铝酸盐水泥水化产物相转变的研究进展。在此基础上,提出了下一步有待深入研究的问题。
Due to rapid strength development even at low temperature,high temperature resistance,calcium aluminate cement has been widely used in metallurgy,building materials,petroleum and power industry.However,it can’t be applied widely to engineering projects because of the hydrate conversion of calcium aluminate cement.From the perspective of adjusting the mineral crystal,mixing supplementary cementitious materials and functional composition,this paper summarizes the progress in research of inhibiting hydrate conversion of calcium aluminate cement,and proposes some unresolved issues.
