粤桂省际区域合作发展的SWOT分析——以粤桂合作特别试验区为例

SWOT Analysis of Regional Cooperation and Development between Guangdong and Guangxi——Take Special Test Area for Guangdong and Guangxi Cooperation as Example

粤桂两省区边界线绵长,在梧肇两市设立合作特别试验区既具备区位、政策、交通等得天独厚的优势,又恰逢珠江—西江经济带、泛珠三角、一带一路等千载难逢的国家战略机遇,但同时也面临着产业结构趋同、运营管理机制欠妥、区域竞争激烈与生态环境压力强大的困境。运用SWOT模型分析试验区合作发展现存的阻碍与机遇,根据其利弊因素理清粤桂合作特别试验区建设的总体思路,整合并创新试验区合作管理体制,充分利用现有的优势条件推进试验区快速健康发展。

The boundary line between Guangxi and Guangdong provinces is long,thus there are advantages to set up a special test area cooperation in the two cities of Wuzhou and Zhaoqing both in location,policy,transportation,and coincided with the pearl river,west river economic belt and pan-pearl river delta which is the area along the once-in-a-lifetime national strategic opportunity.But at the same time,it also faces the dilemma of industrial structure convergence,improper operation and management mechanism,fierce regional competition and strong ecological environment pressure.It should use the SWOT model to analyze the existing obstacles and opportunities,clarify the general idea of the construction,integrate and innovate management system,make full use of the advantages of the existing conditions to promote healthy and rapid development of experimental zone.
