摘要
目的分析晨间护理质量评分管理模式对住院患者护理满意度的实际影响。方法以2016年8月—2017年8月期间该院收治的240例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组120例,对照组给予晨间护理,观察组在晨间护理的基础上制定具体的评分细则,收集患者及其家属的意见,由患者、护士长、护士自身进行评分,观察两组患者的护理满意度和晨间护理合格率。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为98.3%,对照组的护理满意度为66.7%,观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组,观察组的晨间护理合格率为96.7%,对照组的晨间护理合格率为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用晨间护理质量评分管理模式能够提高患者护理的满意度,保障晨间护理的质量,值得大力推广和使用。
Objective To analyze the practical effect of morning nursing quality score management model on the nursing satisfactory degree of inpatients.Methods 240 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 120 cases in each,the control group adopted the morning nursing,while the observation group adopted the specific marking rules on the basis of the control group,and the suggestions of patients and their family were collected and scored by the patients,nurse heads and nurses,and the nursing satisfactory degree and qualified rate of morning nursing of the two groups were observed.Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 98.3%and 66.7%,and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,and the qualified rate of morning nursing in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 96.7%and 80.0%,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The morning nursing quality score management model can improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients and ensure the morning nursing quality,and it is worth great promotion and application.
