手术室护理质量管理中风险护理管理的应用及临床价值分析

Application of Risk Nursing Management in the Nursing Quality Management in the Operating Room and Analysis of Clinical Value

目的探讨手术室护理质量管理中风险护理管理的应用及临床价值。方法该院手术室护理质量管理于2016年2月—2017年2月期间实施风险护理管理,选择110例手术患者作为观察组研究对象,另选择实施风险护理管理前,2015年1月—2016年1月期间该院收治的110例手术患者作为对照组研究对象,比较两组护理满意度、护理风险发生情况及护理质量评分等。结果观察组护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分与对照组相比明显更高(P<0.05);观察组护理风险事件发生率(1.82%)显著低于对照组(8.18%)(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理质量管理中落实风险护理管理可进一步获得患者的认可,提高护理满意度,并提高护理质量水平,降低护理风险情况的发生,管理质量较高,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical application value of risk nursing management in the nursing quality management in the operating room.Methods 110 cases of operative patients from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the observation group,and adopted the risk nursing management,while 110 cases of operative patients admitted and treated from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the control group,and did not adopt the risk nursing management,and the nursing satisfactory degree,occurrence of nursing risk and nursing quality score were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfactory degree score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing quality score was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of nursing risks in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,(1.82%vs 8.18%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of risk nursing management in the nursing quality management in the operating room can further obtain the recognition of patients,improve the nursing satisfactory degree,improve the nursing quality level,reduce the occurrence of nursing risks and the management quality is higher,and it is worth promotion.
