药剂科管理对医院抗菌药物合理应用的影响

Effect of Management in the Department of Pharmacy on the Rational Application of Hospital Antibacterials

目的探究药剂科管理在医院抗菌药物合理应用中的意义。方法将2015年4月—2016年4月该院未行药剂科管理的226例患者抗菌药物处方作为参照组,并于2016年5月—2017年5月行药剂科管理后234例(患者)抗菌药物处方作为实验组。对两组抗菌药物合理使用情况、抗菌药物费用和门诊费用情况展开分析对比。结果实验组抗菌药物合理使用情况优于参照组,各项费用均低于参照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将药剂科管理应用在医院抗菌药物使用中有利于保障抗菌药物合理使用率,减轻患者经济负担。

Objective To study the significance of management in the department of pharmacy on the rational application of hospital antibacterials.Methods 226 cases of patients without management in the department of pharmacy for antibacterials prescription in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the control group,while 234 cases of patients with management in the department of pharmacy for antibacterials prescription from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the experimental group,and the rational application of antibacterials,antibacterials cost and outpatient cost of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The rational application of antibacterials in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and various costs were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of management in the department of pharmacy in the rational application of hospital antibacterials is conducive to ensuring the rational application rate of antibacterials,and relieving the economic burdens of patients.
