循证医学在计划生育实习带教中的应用探析

循证医学是以临床知识与阅历为根本,注重通过最适合的证据来做出医学决策以及完成相关操作,显著突出了"以患者为主"的服务态度。计划生育科教学方面,应从计划生育教学入手,将全部医学生划分成若干个带教小组,实施循证医学的有关训练。计划生育循证医学教学的具体应用方法是确定适合的避孕措施,强化对于药物流产的理解,利于解决引产教学中的疑问。为了今后更有效的训练计划生育科医学生,使其真正知晓循证医学的基内容、以及了解如何评价证据,增强其临床应用能力,需要对目前的带教计划做进一步的补充。

The clinical knowledge and qualifications are essential to the evidence-based medicine,and it pays attention to making medical decisions and completing the related operation by the most suitable evidence,obviously highlighting the patient-oriented service attitude,and we should divide all the medical students into several teaching groups in the family planning teaching and give them evidence-based related training,and the specific application methods of family planning evidence-based medicine are determining the suitable contraception measures,intensifying the understanding of drug abortion,solving the problems in the induced labor teaching,in order to train the medical students in the department of family planning more effectively,and make them truly master the basic contents and evaluation evidence,and enhance the clinical application abilities,we need to conduct the further supplement of teaching plans.
