FTIR法用于药品微生物洁净室环境菌库的建立 被引量:6

摘要 目的 FTIR法用于药品微生物洁净室环境菌的研究,建立药品微生物洁净室环境菌FTIR光谱库,以快速判断药品检出菌是否为环境菌污染,为药品无菌检查一次检出提供了准确性保证,同时对药品微生物洁净室实现动态监控。方法用FTIR对洁净室采集的环境菌进行光谱采集,选取特征区3 000~2 800,1 500~1 800,1 200~900 cm与指纹区3个典型分析谱区,并在此基础上应用聚类分析。结果利用FTIR获得了分别率高、重现性好的红外光谱图,在基线校正和归一化处理后的聚类分析结果,能使所有洁净室采集的环境菌得到归类,并建立本实验室洁净室环境菌库。结论 FTIR法用于药品微生物洁净室环境菌库的建立,具有简单、快速、准确的特点。
