摘要
和谐医患关系是建设和谐社会的基本需求,医疗部门应开展优质护理服务,树立一切"以患者为中心"的第一目标和最终目标,为患者提供优质护理服务。作为医院对外形象的窗口,门诊采血不仅患者人数多,停留时间短,而且涉及病种多、病情复杂,护患管理难以建立。该文从对门诊采血和谐医患关系建设的角度进行思考,从医院管理、科室自身、患者及护士等几个方面进行探讨,分析影响门诊采血医患关系的原因,并针对结果探讨积极的应对措施。
The harmonious medical relationship is an essential demand of constructing the harmonious society,and the medical department should develop the excellent nursing services,establish the patient-oriented first aim and final aim and provide excellent nursing services for patients,as the foreign image widow of the hospitals,the outpatient blood collection not only has most patients,short staying time but also involves most disease kinds and complex disease,and establishment of medical management.The paper considers the outpatient blood collection and harmonious medical relationship,conducts the study from the hospital management,department,patients and nurses and analyzes the influencing causes of outpatient blood collection medical relationship and studies the positive countermeasures according to the results.
