Nutrition Status of Dependent Children in the Welfare Institution in Nanjing

目的揭示南京市福利机构失依儿童营养现状,制定干预措施。福利机构发育轨迹疾病,部门,养育方式和时间的儿童的体格发育状况。方法于2014年6月—2015年6月该院整群抽样得554人,评价参照2006年WHO《儿童生长标准》,统计分析用SPSS 18.0统计学软件。结果失依儿童营养不良率高。不同疾病种类对失依儿童的生长迟缓率和低体重率有影响。集中供养的生长迟缓率和低体重率均高于家庭寄养。在院时长24~60个月的低体重率低于3~6个月。结论南京市福利机构失依儿童营养现状差,且不同疾病,养育方式和在院时长存在差异,需联合政府社会进一步完善养、治、教、康一体化的服务模式。

Objective To reveal the nutrition status of dependent children in the welfare institution in Nanjing and make the intervention measures.Methods 554 cases from June 2014 to June 2015 in this hospital were in cluster sampling,and the evaluation was conducted according to the WHO Child Growth Standards in 2006,and SPSS 18.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results The nutrition adverse rate of dependent children is high,and different kinds of diseases had an effect on the growth stagnant rate and low body weight rate,and the growth stagnant rate and low body weight rate of the concentrated supply were higher than those of the foster home care,and the low weight rate of cases whose hospitalization time was from 24 months to 60 months was less than 3 months to 6 months.Conclusion The nutrition status of dependent children in the welfare institution in Nanjing is bad,and there are differences between different diseases,education methods and length of stay,and we need the government and society to further improve the integration of fostering,treatment,education and rehabilitation service mode.
