宫腔镜电切术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤伴不孕生殖的疗效观察

Efficacy of Hysteroscopic Resection on Submucosal Uterine Fibroids with Infertility

目的探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤伴不孕生殖的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院于2014年7月—2017年2月间收治的黏膜下子宫肌瘤伴不孕生殖患者82例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例,其中观察组采用宫腔镜子宫肌瘤电切术进行治疗,对照组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率和妊娠率显著高于对照组,而不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后,妊娠率明显升高,而自然流产率明显较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切术用于治疗子宫肌瘤伴不孕生殖的临床疗效显著,能够显著地降低自然流产率,提高妊娠率,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of submucosal uterine fibroids with infertility.Methods 82 patients with submucosal uterine fibroids with infertility admitted in our hospital from July,2014 to February,2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random digit table,with 41 cases in each group.The patients with uterine fibroids in the observation group were treated with hysteroscopic resection,and those in the control group got laparoscopic myomectomy for treatment.Results The total effective rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while side effects were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatments,the rate of pregnancy and spontaneous abortion in the observation group significantly increased and reduced respectively,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic resectionhas remarkable clinical efficacy in the treatment of uterine fibroids with infertility,for it can significantly reduce spontaneous abortion rate and improve pregnancy rate,and is valuable for clinical promotion.
