综合护理干预对耳鼻喉手术患者的临床效果观察

Clinical Efficacy of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Otorhinolaryngologic Surgery

目的研究综合护理干预对于耳鼻喉手术患者减低疼痛的程度、降低术后并发症的发生,以及提高患者满意度的作用。方法选取佛山市第一人民医院2016年5月—2017年9月间行耳鼻喉手术患者130名,采用随机数字法分为对照组和试验组,两组各65名,对照组接受临床常规护理,试验组接受综合护理干预,依据两组患者手术前后VAS评分判断疼痛程度,对比两组患者的并发症发生率、护理满意度及治疗总有效率。结果试验组的术后24、48、72 h的VAS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);试验组的并发症率(3.08%)明显低于对照组(10.77%),P<0.01;试验组的总护理满意度(95.38%)明显高于对照组(78.46%),P<0.01;试验组的治疗总有效率(92.31%)明显高于对照组(78.46%),P<0.05。结论综合护理干预应用于耳鼻喉手术患者可改善术后疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度及护理疗效,是更加有效的护理方案,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients undergoing otorhinolaryngologic surgery to relieve pain,reduce complications and improve patients’satisfaction.Methods 130 patients to undergo otorhinolaryngologic surgery in Foshan First People's Hospital from May,2016 to September,2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 65 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the observation group got comprehensive nursing intervention.We evaluated the pain degree according to VAS scores of patients in two groups before and after operations.The two groups were compared in terms of complication rate,nursing satisfaction and total effective rate of treatments between the two groups.Results 24,48 and 72 h after surgeries,the VAS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The complication rate in the observation group(3.08%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(10.77%)(P<0.01).Thetotal nursing satisfaction in the observation group(95.38%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.46%)(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the observation group(92.31%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.46%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with otorhinolaryngologic surgeries can effectively relieve postoperative pain,reduce postoperative complication rate,improve nursing satisfaction and efficacy,which is an effective nursing plan and is worth clinical promotion.
