Thoughts on and Suggestions for Cultural Poverty Relief in Zhengzhou

文化扶贫是精准扶贫的重要形式,是打赢脱贫攻坚战的关键环节。近年来,郑州市的精准扶贫工作取得了突出成绩,但在文化扶贫方面还存在着重视不够、文化资源开发利用不足、长效机制尚未真正形成等问题。郑州市开展文化扶贫必须充分挖掘文化资源,用文化引领产业发展,实施"文化+战略"和大力发展文化产业,提升郑州的文化软实力。

Cultural poverty relief is the important means of poverty relief and the key stage to win the battle of poverty relief.In recent years,Zhengzhou has made significant achievements with regards to poverty relief but failed to attach sufficient importance to cultural poverty relief.In addition,it has not made full use of the local cultural resources and formed long-lasting mechanism.To relieve cultural poverty,Zhengzhou is supposed to excavate the local cultural resources,use culture to guide the industry development,implement the policy of uculture+strategy”and strive to develop cultural industry so as to elevate its soft strength of culture.
