摘要
新时期高职院校师生课堂冲突调适与管理体系包括冲突调适管理、冲突调适要素和冲突调适过程等。其中冲突调适要素又包含目标、原则、机制和策略;冲突调适过程则包含冲突前的预防、冲突中的现场处置、冲突后的调适化解、冲突——和谐转换策略等因子。这些要素与过程相互影响,关联递进,彼此配合,共同作用于一个统一的冲突调适工作流程中,能较好地完成新时期高职院校师生课堂冲突调适与管理。
The adjustment and management of classroom conflicts between teachers and students at higher vocational colleges consist of managements,elements and processes of conflict adjustment,etc.The elements include the target,principle,mechanism and strategy.And the processes contain prevention before the conflicts,scene disposal of conflicts,settlement and adjustment after the conflicts,and strategies of transforming conflicts into harmony,etc.These factors and processes interact with each other,cooperate with each other and are associated with each other.They work together with regards to settling the conflicts and act on the adjustment in the whole process.Thus they might well accomplish the adjustment and management of classroom conflicts between teachers and students at higher vocational colleges in the new era.
