With the change of modem quality cognition and requirements of technical and skilled talents by the society,the prior quality guarantee system for higher vocational colleges canJ t meet the needs of modem vocational education,and problems have become more and more prominent.Quality guarantee system will inevitably be replaced by quality assurance system.In addition,quality monitoring and evaluation will inevitably turn to quality diagnosis and improvement,and quality management will inevitably be elevated to quality governance so as to motivate the inner power of quality control in higher vocational colleges and promote quality culture.
