Reform of Industry-oriented Tour Guide Tournament at Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校导游服务大赛有利于促进学生综合素质提升,促进专业建设,为院校之间搭建交流的平台,但目前的赛制和比赛内容与旅游行业的实际需求还有差距,有的学校为了应对比赛出现了功利化和短视化现象。为此,需要聘请旅游一线的优秀导游担任裁判,参赛选手采用抽选制,比赛项目实地进行,改变导游服务考核方式,增加核心能力考核等内容。

Tour guide service contest at higher vocational colleges is conducive to the improvement of students’comprehensive qualities,the strengthening of course construction and the creation of a platform of communication between colleges.Nevertheless,there is still a gap between the existing competition system and realistic needs.Some of the higher vocational colleges have even become utilitarian and short-sighted due to the tour guide tournament.Hence it is suggested that the grassroots teachers should be chosen as referees and that lottery system be adopted to choose the contestants and the contests be held on the spot so as to change the evaluation mode for tour guide service and increase core competence assessment.
