摘要
随着高等教育改革的不断深入,高校教师的心理压力越来越大,部分人出现了心理健康与职业倦怠问题。为此,高校应实施教工EAP服务机制,采取提高内在的心理弹性来化解危机,促进积极心理品质的转化,培养乐观向上的品质,形成社会、高校、家庭及个人相结合的多元支持体系等形式来缓解教师心理压力,提高教师的职业认同感。
With the deepening of higher education reform,the psychological pressure of college teachers is getting greater and greater,and some of them have problems of mental health and job burnout.Hence the authorities should implement the EAP service mechanism for teachers,take measures to improve the internal psychological flexibility so as to resolve the crisis,promote the transformation of positive psychological qualities,cultivate optimistic and upbeat qualities,and form a multi-support system such as a combination of society,colleges,families,and individuals in order to ease the psychological pressure on teachers and improve their professional sense of identity.
