二胎政策放开前后产科住院孕产妇高危因素的变化分析

Analysis on the risk factors of maternal high risk in obstetric hospital before and after the release of the two-child policy

目的:探讨二胎政策放开前和放开后聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院产科住院孕产妇高危因素的变化趋势和分布规律,为本院产科疾病的防治重点提供科学依据。方法:收集本院在二胎政策放开前(2014年)、后(2016年)期间收治的产科住院孕产妇的出院信息,采用回顾性资料分析法研究期限内高危因素的变化。结果:妊娠合并贫血、会阴裂伤、胎膜早破、高龄患者的排序仍居前四位,但其发病率2016年明显高于2014年。结论:明确高龄孕产妇存在的风险,积极开展高危妊娠、提高产科质量应作为今后产科工作的重点。

Objective:To explore the trends and distribution patterns of high-risk factors of obstetrics and maternity in Women and Children Medical Center of Dongchengfu District,Liaocheng,before and after the release of the two-child policy,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of obstetric diseases m this hospital.Methods:Medical record mformation of obstetric mpatients who were admitted to hospital before(Year 2014)and after(Year 2016)the release of the two-child pol-icy was collected.Changes in high-risk factors during the period were studied using retrospective data analysis.Results:Preg-nant women with anemia,perineal laceration,premature rupture of membranes,elderly patients remains the top four factors.However,the occurrence of the diseases in 2016 is signiticantly higher than that in 2014.Conclusion:Early identitication of the risks of maternal and childbirth among older mothers,the intervention of high-risk pregnancies,and the improvement of the quality of obstetrics treatment should be the focus of obstetric hospital n the future.
