基于SWOT分析的太极文化产业发展研究——以“太极蓉城”为例

On the Development of Tai Chi Culture Industry Based on SWOT Analysi—— Taking "Taiji Chengdu City" as an example

运用SWOT分析方法,从太极文化产业的发展现状梳理为基础,以"太极蓉城"为研究个案,对具有典型性的成都市太极文化产业内部的优势、劣势,外部的机遇、威胁四个要素及其重组所构成的SO、WO、ST、WT进行矩阵分析,研究发现:太极文化产业应走SO战略发展道路(发展型战略方向)。研究认为:"太极蓉城"应创新和改进活动内容、活动方式及顶层设计,深入挖掘太极文化产业的内涵、精髓和发展后劲,有效利用"互联网+"扩展新兴太极文化产业渠道,不断促进太极文化产业的持续性发展。

Using the SWOT analysis method,based on the current development of combing Taiji culture industry based on"Tai Chi Chengdu"as a case study,the papr analyzes the typical internal Taiji Culture Industry in Chengdu advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of the four elements of SO,WO,and recombinant ST,WT matrix analysis,the study finds:"Taiji Culture Industry should follow the path of development strategy SO(strategy development direction)."The research thinks:"Tai Chi Chengdu"should be innovation and improvement activities,activities and top-level design,dig the connotation and essence of Taiji Culture Industry and development potential,the effective use of"Internet plus"Taiji Culture Industry Expansion of emerging channels,and constantly promote the sustainable development of Taiji Culture industry."
