摘要 通过查找文献,收集整理了关于复杂性的相关概念和特征及我国教育部发布的"一校一拳"教学改革的文件,借鉴上海中小学武术改革探索过程中的经验,论述武术教育系统的复杂性;并通过对武术教育系统复杂性的分析,阐述武术教育思维方式进行复杂性转变的必要性。规避武术发展过程中的种种问题(教什么、如何教、谁来教)及现代武术的目地,达到改善青少年体质下降的状态,促进我国青少年身心健全,成为德、智、体全面发展的人。 By looking up literature,collecting the relevant concepts and characteristics of the complex and China's Ministry of Education issued a"School Wushu"teaching reform file,the paper draws lessons from Shanghai Wushu teaching to explore the experience in the process of reform of primary and secondary schools,the complexity of the Wushu education system.Through the analysis of the complexity of education system,this paper expounds the necessity of the complex transformation of education thinking mode.Avoiding problems in the development of Wushu,(what,how to teach,who teach to teach)and that the aim of modern Wushu,to improve state of adolescent physical deterioration,we can promote our country teenagers physically and mentally healthy,to become moral,intellectual,physical all-round development of people.
