高校太极拳公共选修课翻转课堂教学研究——以台州学院为例

On the Flipped Classroom Teaching of Taijiquan Public Elective Course in Colleges and Unviersities

文章将翻转课堂的教学原理引入高校太极拳公共选修课的教学实践中,通过文献资料法、专家咨询法、问卷调查法和实验法对台州学院2016级体育公共选修课的两个班进行体育教学实验。研究表明,翻转课堂教学优于传统教学,为翻转课堂在高校体育公共选修课教学的实施与推广提供参考,凝练"翻转课堂"教学模式引入我国高校公共选修课的价值,并提出存在的问题与建议。

The study introduces the flipped teaching principle into Taijiquan teaching practice of public elective courses in colleges and universities,through the methods of literature,expert interivew,questionnaire survey and experimental method,taking two classes of public elective courses'physical education of Taizhou College 2016 grade to do the teaching experiment.The study shows that flipped classroom teaching is superior to the traditional teaching,classroom teaching for public elective courses in colleges and universities sports teaching,which can offer a reference for promoting the flipped teaching in the classes,and is useful to concise flipped classroom teaching mode value for introducing it into public elective courses in colleges and universities,and puts forward existing problems and suggestions.
