空手道男子组手比赛最后十秒犯规战术研究

Study on Foul Tactics of Karate Men 's Teams in the Last Ten Seconds

2016年国际奥委会宣布,空手道正式成为2020年东京奥运会比赛项目。我国重视空手道运动理论研究是在2008年之后,尤其是对于得分技术的运用。但是对空手道犯规方面的研究甚少,文章以空手道组手比赛犯规处罚在比赛中对运动员的影响为主体,找出规则对我国空手道组手比赛过程中胜负的影响。研究认为:空手道两类犯规出现的次数有着较大的差异,第二类犯规的现象明显高于第一类犯规。尤其是第二类犯规的消极搂抱现象和出界现象。说明运动员在比赛中对于场地的控制和近身技术的把握不够全面。尤其是在比赛局势不利于自己的一方的时候,想要快速拿分或者被对手压制时更容易出现以上犯规现象。通过观看2016年全国空手道锦标赛录像,发现空手道男子组手运动员没有好好利用犯规处罚这一点,说明运动员对规则的理解上还有欠缺。面对空手道入奥的大背景下,我们必须学习规则,在比赛中利用规则处罚。加强裁判对犯规尺度的把控,加强教练员对规则的运用,让规则在比赛场上为运动员所用。

The 2016 IOC announced,Karate officially became the Olympic games in Tokyo in 2020.China attaches great importance to the theoretical study of karate movement after 2008,especially for the use of scoring techniques.However,there is little research on karate fouls.This study focuses on the impact of karate team's fouls on athletes in the competitions,and finds out the impact of rules on the outcome of karate team's competitions in China.The results show that:there are significant differences in the frequency of the two types of karate violations,and the second type of violations is significantly higher than the first type of violations,especially the second type of foul negative hug phenomenon and exit phenomenon.The study shows that the players in the competition for the control of the venue and the mastery of close-fitting technology are not comprehensive enough,especially when the situation is not conducive to their own side,to score quickly or be suppressed by opponents are more likely to appear the above violations.By watching the 2016 national karate championships videos,we find that karate men's team players did not make good use of foul play,indicating that there is still a lack of understanding of the rules.In the face of karate into the Olympic background,we must learn the rules,the use of rules in the game,to strengthen the referee's control of the foul scale,strengthen the use of the rules for coaches,so that the rules are for athletes in the game.
