浅谈健身气功·易筋经竞赛功法对不同年龄段习练者平衡能力的影响

摘要 健身气功·易筋经作为我国传统武术技法的精华之一,对于我们的身心发展有重要的影响,长期习练易筋经对我们的身体及心理素质发展有很多好处,特别是在提高人体免疫力,增强习练者的平衡能力,提高习练者的心理素质方面有突出的影响。易筋经在我国的发展历史较为悠久,最早在宋代就有书本记载,经过时间的沉淀,易筋经的内涵不断丰富和发展,近年来在国家的大力支持下,更是有了长足的发展。文章主要通过数据研究探讨普通习练者对易筋经的一段时间习练后,能否增强自身的平衡能力。平衡能力是进行各项体育运动的基础,提高平衡能力有利于人们开展各项体育运动,从而增强全民族的身体素质。文章首先通过文献分析法分析相关资料,初步了解习练易筋经对练习者自身平衡能力的影响,其次通过实验法进行实验,实验过程历经2个月,运用抽样选择的方法选取被实验对象,共进行三组实验,对不同年龄段,不同性别的被试者进行系统教学,记录实验数据,分析实验数据,最终得出相应结论,了解易筋经的习练对平衡能力的影响。 Chinese Healthy Qigong Yi Jin Jing,as one of the essence of traditional Chinese martial arts techniques,for our physical and mental development has an important impact.Long-term practice Yi Jin Jing on our physical and psychological development has many benefits,especially in improving the human body Immunity,and enhance the ability to balance the practitioners,improve the psychological quality of the practitioners have a prominent impact.Yi Jin Jing development has long history in our country.In the Song dynasty,it is recorded in the book.After a long time,Yi Jin Jing can also enrich and develop constantly.In the years,our country supports the development of it,it become better.This article mainly studies the data through the study of ordinary practitioners on the Yi Jin Jing after a period of practice,can enhance their own balance.Balance is the basis for the various sports,improve the balance of capacity is conducive to people to carry out various sports,so as to enhance the physical fitness of the whole nation.This paper first analyzes the relevant data through the literature analysis method,and makes a preliminary study on the effect of practicing self-balancing ability.Secondly,the experiment is carried out by experiment.After two months,the sample selection method is selected by sampling method,A total of three groups of experiments were conducted.The subjects were taught in different age groups and different sexes.The experimental data were recorded and the experimental data were analyzed.Finally,the corresponding conclusions were drawn to understand the effect of Yi Jin Jing's practice on the balance ability.
