煤种变化对锅炉结渣的影响分析研究

煤质特性变化是影响锅炉结渣的主要原因。通过对锅炉结渣的影响因素:煤灰熔融特性和低位发热量的分析及锅炉运行参数制粉系统、炉膛温度和风煤配比不当的分析,提出了当煤种改变时预防结渣的措施:运行负荷低,掺烧比例高,运行负荷高,掺烧比例低,相应调整机组运行参数;提高锅炉对煤种的适应范围;提高锅炉本身改造力;进而提高机组运行稳定性。

Coal type changes bring variation of coal properties,variation of coal properties is main factor of coal slagging.Effect analyses of boiler slagging on ash melting characteristic,low heat value,Coal Pulverizing System,furnace chamber temperature and mismatch air-coal ratio.When coal type changes,some preventive action is proposed that high mixing ratio when low load and low mixing ratio when high load,adjusting the operating parameters,improve the adaptability of boiler to coal type,improve capable of boiler remake then operation stability of the unit is improved.
