摘要
实验以水热法为主制备了分散性好,粒径大小均匀的双掺Yb^(3+)、Tm^(3+)的NaGd(WO_4)_2纳米晶。通过对纳米晶体本身的特性研究,及上转换发光原理的详细分析,实验得出的数据3个方面的讨论,来对纳米晶体的发光性能做出评判。运用了980nm半导体激光器作为光源,Hitachi F-4500分光光度计测量了样品的发射光谱,结果表明:纳米材料的发光效果明显,得到了与理论分析相吻合的发光效果,并且该类型材料在发光效率、光强度及色域等方面具有体材料所不具有的优越性能。通过对光谱图像的分析得知,发射光中各波段光分别对应于稀土离子能级跃迁及无辐射弛豫的过程。
In this paper,Yb3+/Tm3+codoped NaGd(WO4)2 powders with ideal luminescence properties were synthesized by hydrothermal method,Discussed the luminescent property through the studyed the nanocrystal characteristics,analyzed the principle of up-conversion and analyzed the experimental data.The spectrum was measured with Hitachi F-4500 spectrophotometer under 980nm diode laser excitation.The results are as follows:The luminescent property is well,the actual property is consistent with theory analysis,and the luminous efficiency,luminous intensity,tonal range of nanocrystal were better than common material.Analyzed the spectrum knows the light correspond to the transition of luminescent property and nonradiative relaxation.
