摘要
本文对TRIZ理论的核心和解决发明问题的过程进行了简单介绍,对TRIZ理论在气垫船创新设计过程中的应用进行了探索,应用该理论中的矛盾矩阵和76个标准解等工具快速有效地找到困扰气垫船技术发展难题的解决方案,采用气垫分体设计和平衡陀螺感应技术实现气垫船在高速行驶中的灵活转向避让、紧急刹停及自动调节船体压力平衡,提高了气垫船的安全性能和市场竞争力,同时也说明了TRIZ对气垫船的创新设计工作有很大的促进作用。
This paper briefly introduces the core of TRIZ and the process of solving the problem of inventions,and explores the application of TRIZ in the innovation design process of hovercraft,by using the contradiction matrix and 76 standard solutions in this theory,the solutions to the problems of the technology development of the hovercraft are quickly and effectively found,the air cushion separation design and balance gyro sensor technology are adopted to realize the flexibility of the hovercraft in the high-speed driving,emergency stop and automatic adjustment of hull pressure balance,improve safety performance and market competitiveness of the hovercraft,and also explains the innovation design of TRIZ on the hovercraft has a g reat role in promoting.
