自拟健脾化浊消瘀汤对非酒精性脂肪肝患者的治疗作用评价

Evaluation on Effect of Self-made Jianpi Huazhuo Xiaoyu Tang in Treatment of Patients with Non-alcohol Fatty Liver Disease

目的探究自拟健脾化浊消瘀汤对非酒精性脂肪肝患者的治疗方法及作用。方法选取2016年1月—2017年8月濮阳市第三人民医院收治的126例非酒精性脂肪肝患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用自拟健脾化浊消瘀汤治疗。结果治疗后观察组ALT、AST、TC、TG等指标分别为(34.71±6.18)U/L、(42.57±5.68)U/L、(4.17±0.46)mmol/L、(2.03±0.25)mmol/L,明显优于对照组;治疗后观察组的FBC、IRI分别为(5.72±0.45)mmol/L、(1.23±0.34),观察组的下降作用更明显(P<0.05)。结论非酒精性脂肪肝患者的治疗过程中,采用自拟健脾化浊消瘀汤进行治疗,作用明显,能够有效地改善患者的肝功能和血脂状况。

Objective To study the treatment method and effect of self-made jianpi huazhuo xiaoyu tang in treatment of patients with non-alcohol fatty liver disease.Methods 126 cases of patients with non-alcohol fatty liver disease admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 63 cases in each,the control group used the routine therapy,while the observation group were treated with self-made jianpi huazhuo xiaoyu tang.Results After treatment,the ALT,AST,TC,TG in the observation group were respectively(34.71±6.18)U/L,(42.57±5.68)U/L,(4.17±0.46)mmol/L,(2.03±0.25)mmol/L,which were obviously better than those in the control group,and the FBC,IRI in the observation group were respectively(5.72±0.45)mmol/L,(1.23±0.34)after treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of self-made jianpi huazhuo xiaoyu tang in treatment of patients with non-alcohol fatty liver disease is obvious,which can effectively improve the liver function and blood liquid status of patients.
