四维超声成像对产前胎儿发育异常的临床应用分析

Analysis of Clinical Application of Four Dimension Ultrasonic Image in Detecting of Abnormal Development of Fetus

目的探讨产前胎儿发育异常应用四维超声成像技术诊断临床价值。方法选择发育异常胎儿100例,均为该院产科2015年2月—2017年2月收治,随机分组,就二维超声成像检查(对照组,n=50)和四维超声图像检查(观察组,n=50)图像特征展开探讨,并结合引产及正常分娩新生儿情况,对两项技术诊断价值展开对比。结果观察组检出畸形47例,符合率为94%;漏诊3例,漏诊率为6%。对照组检出畸形37例,符合率占74%;漏诊13例,漏诊率为26%。观察组诊断符合率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.441,P<0.05)。结论针对产前胎儿发育异常,采用四维超声成像技术予以诊断,有较高符合率,具非常重要的应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical value of four dimension ultrasonic image in detecting of abnormal development of fetus.Methods 100 cases of fetuses with abnormal development admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each,the control group and the observation group respectively used the two dimension ultrasonic image and four dimension ultrasonic image,and the diagnosis value of the two technologies was compared.Results In the observation group,47 cases with malformation was tested,and the coincidence rate was 94%,3 cases were misdiagnosed,and the misdiagnosis rate was 6%,in the control group,37 cases with malformation was tested,and the coincidence rate was 74%,13 cases were misdiagnosis,and the misdiagnosis rate was 26%,and the diagnosis coincidence rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.441,P<0.05).Conclusion The coincidence rate of four dimension ultrasonic image in detecting of abnormal development of fetus is higher,which is of very important application value.
