心肺复苏器和徒手心肺复苏在心肺复苏中的效果对比研究

Research on Comparison of Effect of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitator and Unarmed Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

目的研究心肺复苏器和徒手心肺复苏在心肺复苏中的效果。方法收取该院90例心肺复苏患者,收取时间在2014年1月—2017年1月,并将心肺复苏患者分为两组,对照组(45例患者实施徒手心肺复苏),观察组(45例患者实施心肺复苏器进行复苏),将两组患者复苏后的SaO_2、PaCO_2、PaO_2指标进行对比。结果观察组心肺复苏患者治疗的SaO_2(98.15±1.05)%、PaCO_2(3.21±0.15)kPa、PaO_2指标(14.15±0.81)kPa均优于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组心肺复苏患者总有效率95.56%高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将心肺复苏器和徒手心肺复苏在心肺复苏中的效果进行对比,心肺复苏器更具优势,值得临床进一步推广和应用。

Objective To research the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitator and unarmed cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods 90 cases of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 45 cases in each,the control group and the observation group respectively used the cardiopulmonary resuscitator and unarmed cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and the SaO2,PaCO2,PaO2 were compared between the two groups.Results The SaO2(98.15±1.05)%,PaCO2(3.21±0.15)kPa and PaO2(14.15±0.81)kPa in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,which was 95.56%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitator in the cardiopulmonary resuscitation is better than that of unarmed cardiopulmonary resuscitation,which is worth further promotion and application in clinic.
