Production index analysis of China FJCA16-4 jet flotation cells used at Carrata Mineral Coal Preparation Plant in the United States

简介了美国克莱塔选煤厂浮选入料(主要为原生煤泥)的粒度组成、浮选速度试验结果;重点阐述了我国首次在美国使用的FJCA16-4型喷射式浮选机的工业测试结果:在入料灰分为20.54%时,分选出灰分为6.19%的精煤和灰分为62.67%的尾煤,浮选完善指标高达65.58%;这表明FJCA型喷射式浮选机在大流量、低浓度的操作条件下,也适于对疏水性极好的原生细煤泥进行分选。

This paper introduces the particle size consist of flotation feed( mainly primary slime) and results of flotation speed test at Carrata Mineral Coal Preparation Plant in the United States. It focuses on the industrial inspection results of China FJCA16-4 jet flotation cells that are first used in the United States. When the feed ash content is 20. 54%, the concentrate ash content is 6. 19% and the tailings ash content is 62. 67%. The flotation perfect index is up to 65. 58%. It is shown that the FJCA jet-type flotation cells are suitable for higher hydrophobic fine slime flotation even under operating conditions of large flow and low concentration of feed.
