分析了近年来大气污染的主要原因和能源利用现状;总结了巨野县在清洁煤炭推广应用和散煤治理方面的主要做法及效果;提出了政府在优化能源结构、促进散煤清洁化治理中应发挥的作用。

Based on the analysis of the main causes of recent atmospheric pollution and energy status,the working methods and implementation process of clean coal generalization and scattered coal management are systematically summarized in Shandong Province.Aiming at the bottleneck of clean energy,the clean and high efficient utilization of coal is advocated.In the process of optimizing the energy structure,the government has promoted the measures for scattered coal cleaning management.
