摘要
文章介绍了目前电动助力转向永磁无刷直流电机降低齿槽转矩的方法,根据分段斜极电机齿槽转矩的计算公式,建立电机转子分段斜极等效2D有限元模型,代替3D模型。计算和分析电机的齿槽转矩,对比了转子分段斜极和直极电机的齿槽转矩,通过试验和仿真的对比,验证方法的可行性。并对电机分块定子结构进行FFT分析,得出电机齿槽转矩离散性大的主要因素。
This paper concerned the method of reducing the cogging torque in the EPS permanent magnet brushless DC motor.According to the calculation formula of the cogging torque of the step-skewing motor,the finite element model of the equivalent rotor was established to replace 3D model.In this paper the cogging torque of the motor was calculated and analyzed,comparing the cogging torque of the rotor and the straight pole of the rotor.The feasibility of the method was verified by comparing test and simulation.According to the FFT analysis of the block stator motor,the main factor of the disc torque discrepancy was obtained.
